2 ½ cups cubed seeded watermelon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup fresh raspberries
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until sugar has dissolved and mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze (will take several hours or overnight).
Tip: To make these in cups, pour the mixture into cups and cover them with foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the middle of the foil into each cup and freeze.
